Went in with my Infiniti QX56 that was having some odd gear slipping. Ramon was awesome. Quoted me $170 for the diagnosis. He had the car for half a day.Got back to me and told me my radiator pH was off but nothing too serious. And my transmission fluid was a little darker than it should be.He determined the issue with the slippage was actually due to a failing torque converter. Nothing to worry about. But I needed to replace it in the next year or so.Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Refreshingly honest. Oh, and ended up not charging me for the diagnosis. Very pleased. I will be going back to Ramon at Brakemasters for any future repairs.
